Quest Problem

I am having a strange problem with quests.
I get the quest from the trainer or town marshal with no problem.
I go do the quest and return to the trainer or TM but they do not respond when I come back to them.
I have waited several minutes hoping it was just some strange lag.
I have to log off then back on then they talk will talk to me.
To get the next quest I have to do the same thing.

This was not the case before this last patch.

Am I the only one with this issue??

I have this quite often. The speech window just does not appear. As workaround I press "h" to open a new chat window. And then the NPC window also pops up. I hope this helps here for you too.

I may have found a solution.
So far this is working.
Have one chat tab that is not filtered at all..
