Idea for Crystals within Quests

An Idea struck me today, along with a Migraine, that I thought
has potential for Istaria. The brain is jumbling right now, so please
bear with me on this.

For the many quests that we have, which reward us with or require
the making of a Crystal, would it be possible to make a minor change
to them?

Couldn't these quests be used to create a market for Dragon-made
crystals? The quest-givers could tell us:

"I need a crystal to focus the power of these items/reagents, Please
find me a (crystal of appropriate Tier)"

Will stop here with jumbled idea example. What do people think, does
this sound feasible?

The like has been suggested before several times, but to know just how worthwhile your suggestion is, or to see if it's qualitatively different from previous suggestions along these lines, we'd have to hear more details.

Let me clarify, this is not a suggestion of having NEW content
created so that Dragon's can provide crystals for a quest.

This is a suggestion to use Focused Azulyte Crystals, as a
Part of any quest that hands out a Crystal as a reward.
