Every time I log into Zanukk Scytheclaw I cannot teleport anywhere without the game freezing on me. This does not occur with my other characters.

Sounds like there's a corrupted world cache entry. Try clearing the world cache in the launcher.
You can get anything you want in life -- just make a lot of noise and bite the right people.
