/report not working?

well, to keep it short someone was being idiotic enough for me to try to report them, so as soon as they send something which made me snap I used the /report command which is listed at the support window, and I got this message "there is no command or macro known as /report", now my question is, did I do something wrong or is this actually a non-existing/old command? cause it's kinda weird that it's listed at the support window.

any help will be appreciated

I don't know that this feature ever worked, actually.

If it ever did, it has not in years.
