I have the Gift of Toughness I. Requ.are curr.adve. lvl. min.(1) life greater that (1) I can not scribe because it is black out. So my question is how do I find the requ.I have not reached yet. My curr.adv.lvl. is 21 but I can find my (life) requ. any where.Also where do I find my (primal) lvl.

As a biped, I don't think you get primal skill - that's dragon magic.

I think Clerics / healers get Life skill, but I'm not 100% sure.

Kesqui is correct, the only base class that gives you life skill is cleric. Healer and paladin are prestige classes that also give you life skill. Thus, you need at least level 1 cleric to scribe your spell .

You will need to take schools that give Life or Augmentation to scribe/cast gifts, enhancements, raises and surges. If the skill doesn't show in your skills list, then you don't have it. Cleric is the way to go to get Life/Augmentation skills.
