Not joking about this. I am bothered that I am losing a character slot to a character I can't delete. The problem is only with Blight. The other servers you can delete a character with no issues

File a ticket and let the VI people delete it for you?

Is the character a guild master in a guild?
It won't let you delete the character if he/she is.
