There's never any specific time that the shards will be up. Depending on the size of the patch, it could take a day. Also, keep in mind that most of the team is not in the same STATE as the servers, much less the same room. However, they usually make some sort of announcement here on the forums if things are going too far from what's normally expected.

All I can say is: WOOHOO! Can't wait to get in, but I guess I'll have to.

BTW: Is there a list somewhere of all the quest start points and suggested level (or other limitations)? The only quests I have done have been the dragon craft/Adv level-sets, and ROP). I love questing, but will admit I have also gotten lazy and used to other games marking NPCs with available quests.

OMG you broke it.. you broke it all! No seriously, chaos is messed up and from what ive heard order is no better. We are all expecting a roll back so no one is really doing anything -.-
