Tool: Inventor's Assistant

Assuming this is a reward for a quest: Does anyone know what NPC gives the quest and what the name of the quest is to get the Tool: Inventor's Assistant?

Already tried talking to all the tinkerer trainers in Dalimond, Delgarath and New Rachviel with no success.

Don't know off the top of my head but I'd try Noncas Fizzlebot in Aughundell as a possible source for tinkering quests. Also, did you speak with the tinkerer in Winter's Vale? He had something for tinkerers to do I think, but I'm not sure of level requirements/adventure quests to be completed first(?).

I had completely forgotten those two and turns out you were absolutely right Awdz! The quest starts in Winter Vale and continue over to Noncas who eventually gives it as the reward. And turns out he also give another really handy toy as well.

Thanks a whole bunch! would had completely missed out of both goodies if you didn't mention it. *bows before the gnome*
