Are the servers down as of 04:04 PM GMT?
Been trying to log in for the past 2 hours, with no success.
When i try to log in it gives the following error: Your character's shard is unavailable: Game Server Optimizing Shard.

Yes, they are down. Its Tuesday so regular maintenance day.
