Did you try the veilo, one of their merchants has a lot of comps that are no longer in the game for vacation reasons. I hear that necro-flies are back in but maybe they carry them on the vielo. Worth a shot.

What about on the hidden Tier 2 island? The hidden tier 3 island has a lot of tier 3 tech comp mobson it, and many people are assuming that the missing tier 4 and 5 comps are to be found on the as-yet-unfound t4 and t5 islands. The loc for the portal to the t2 island is on another thread on here titled Hidden Islands, sry I don't know it off the top of my head.
