@Agua: That's what I did to make the mod possible for me to use without the flapping eyesore. My friend Terathion actually made that old mod for me, but I don't think he has a post anywhere. This is my file that I use. Remove the number "1" from the file name; I had the original slow-flap on there initially to make sure I didn't lose it, and I can't upload 2 conflicting files.
