I had the same problem, first i was unable to connect, now it says username or password not found
on both launcher 2.6 and earlier version 2.0.
I guess its a server issue more than local game one.

Add a +1 to the "Username/Password not found" error list. Launcher is version 2.6; can login fine on the website. So I KNOW my username/password exists. Been trying every now and again for the past hour.

same here, except I can't get into the site either or on any computer I have. headed to bed after a night shift, so don't feel like hassling with it. Hope you get it fixed soon. Night and good luck!

also, i logged in a sec ago, and now getting this issue. When i logged in a few seconds ago, choose charcater, and it isn't laoding; getting an error.

The login process was unsucessful because the connection timed out waiting for the validation response. This problem occurs when there is network problems or the authenitcation server is down.

Decided to do my banking while waiting -- I see my next installment of this game went thru. Funny how that process never fails - maybe have the person who looks after that server, work on your login server - or is it the same server? lol
