Gifts not casting on Dragons?
Seems like gifts aren't sticking on Dragons. Haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary today until now when trying to toss Dragon's Gift V and a couple gifts on the dragon, nothing sticks.
A friend just got kicked on his dragon and when logging in got a bizarre message. Right before he got kicked however, he noticed the same gift errors.

And this is after the Chaos server went down/restarted

Things appear more settled on Chaos now.

Wisps don't appear to be spawning on Isle of Wisps and someone else said the same in Bristugo. Also, the few enraged wisps don't appear to be spawning east of Guild: Papa.
