Theres still a problem on Chaos. I removed 16 adamantium metal nuggets from one of my gh and they showed removed from the gh but never showed up in my inventory.

I went hunting and killed several scorpions and opening bodies to loot showed loot on them. When I did loot all the loot disappeared off the bodies but never showed up in my inventory.
