I am doing a quest called Scholar:beginning Scrolls II" which requires me to make one Flame resistance Energy Resistance and Ice Resistance Scroll. As I understand it,this requires me to have those spells to make them. I can't seem to find them on any Vendors currently,or in the Consigner. Are these a dropped spell or can I buy them from somewhere that I'm unaware of?
