Razor Teeth Glitched?

Was wondering if anyone knew if they are taking out razor teeth or if it is bugged,I have been noticing it doesn't have its effect anymore?

but, well, i wrote a ticket and am too lazy to rewrite anything out so here, what i wrote:

"So i've noticed that through all my characters, the effects of accurate breath when previewing it in the ability window does not show...
Also the effects of the sharper tech, and razor teeth. All other dragon techs and abilites show their effects fine.
Something in common with these 3 are that they all add to-hit chance, and due to no trouble with other techs, this is what i've nailed it down to.

Not exaclty sure whether it's just not showing, or if it's not working at all, but either way this a bug! "

This might just be the general display bug affecting a lot of items. From what I can tell, the effects are actually still there, just not showing. One example is the frozen spellshard, which converts damage to ice. The conversion to ice isn't listed anymore, but it still is converting the damage.

If you login to blight and patch, then login to chaos without patching, the issues seem to all be resolved.
