I worked it out. I don't know why, but when I have everything checked in the browser setting, nothing showed up. When I had everything unchecked, the items showed up. Completed the quest.

Yeah you'll have to watch your filter settings. Sometimes they get quarky when you're in a rush and you'll miss something.
