Dragon Scrolls for Lore Seeker quest

Allathos Journal 18th Awakening
Allathos Journal 132nd awakening
Nelthorrs Journal 150th awakening
Nelthorrs Journal 64th awakening

drop much much harder than the rest.
I killed about 700 mylocs past few days and was able to make only 14 completed journals.
I usually end up having 20 of other scrolls per 1 of the ones mentioned above when i attempt crafting compelted journals again. Can drop rates of those be improved?


EDIT + small suggestion to what Lore Master could buff: maybe Evasion and Magic Evasion since mylocs dodge almost every attack? =)
