bugged traded-in Ceremonial Chest Scale
Hi everyone,
it seems that my new Ceremonial Chest Scale is bugged as I was told just today...
This is it (without the crystals):
Now I'm told, that the 90% evasion shouldn't be there anymore.
Help? Btw nobody told me that I also could tech the scale with a Scale Tech Kit instead of using the sockets *pouts**plays on Order btw, with name Pharaxes Sphaerideion*

Just yesterday I have seen the Ceremonial Tower Shield without Evasion Debuff
