I went looking to buy the second lair on our guild plot
and found the price increased from 1s to 412s 500c?
I wondered if that was correct. All the plots I bought
there before were 1s?

The 1s price was only for guild subplots. It sounds like you are looking at a lair that is not part of the designated guild communities, but may be in a town instead. All properties not associated with a guild masterplot were repriced a while back based on location relative to portals and resources. Where specifically is this lair?

My lair cost me 3g 125s and it's between Bristugo and Tishlar. No ressources nearby. Seems like I paid too much ;D
