new pads (Pleasant Canyon & Ice Island Expedition)

I found the NPC for Pleasant Canyon, but he has no attunement quest.

How do I attune to the new pad on Island of Ice? I am attuned to the
Traladar: Island of Ice pad and the Island of Fire and Ice pad (where
the stargate is).

I understand the pad in Pleasant Canyon (dragon NPC) will be fixed tuesday.

I don't know where to go to attune the second new location on the
portal with Abandoned Isle on it, (Island of Ice Expedition Camp)?

Expedition Camp seems to be where the Island of Ice teleport goes?

I am attuned to Traladar: Island of Ice (further portal) and
Fire and Ice (nearer portal).
