Epic Form List

I was thinking (dangerous task, I know) and figured it was a pretty good idea to have a thread where people could post up what epic forms they have, what they're after, and so on. Getting the formula and skill for it is a pain in of itself, and I've found that making the item once you already have the form is decently easy.

Currently, I have the Reklar Tail scale form.
4 Ilithium Bars
2 Taravist Crystals
3 Epic Scale Cores
1 Plague Essence

is what's required to craft it. Feel free to poke me if you have enough stuffs and I'll happily make it for anyone. Will update here as I acquire more forms. If you have a form of your own, please add it, as well as the required components.

1 Crystal Headpiece
1 Staff Limb
1 Leather Wrapping

Demon Flurry:
1 Bow String
1 Bow Limb
1 Leather Wrapping
1 Plague Essence (This looks incorrect but that's what the formula is asking for at the moment. I have a Forum question open about it now)

Can make Valkor's Blood Talon, requirements are as such:

1 unformed scale - 1 scale core, 2 illithium bar
1 scale anchor - 1 scale core, 2 illithium bar
1 scale sharpener - 1 scale core, 2 taravist crystals
1 blood essence

Update:

Can now make all 3 dragon epics.

Demon's Claw requires the following:
1 unformed scale - 1 scale core, 2 illithium bar
1 scale anchor - 1 scale core, 2 illithium bar
1 scale sharpener - 1 scale core, 2 taravist crystals
1 demon essence

Reklar's Tail Scale requires the following:
1 unformed scale - 1 scale core, 2 illithium bar
1 scale anchor - 1 scale core, 2 illithium bar
1 scale hardener - 1 scale core, 2 taravist crystals
1 plague essence

Update on the resources required:
Each component requires 10 of the materials dropped by epic crates now. So for example a scale anchor now requires 1 scale core and 10 illithium bar instead of 1 scale core and 2 illithium bar. This is across the board it seems, have not been able to look at whether or not the biped component forms to do an absolute confirmation but I'm assuming so.
