Ironsilk Cargo Armor
I think Ironsilk Cargo Armor is bugged, don't get any Bulk Capacity increase. Had others on Chaos check their Cargo Armor and they said Flax and Kenaf where fine. I should get 1160 increase in bulk and get 0.
If anyone with Ironsilk Cargo could check and see if their bulk increases, then we know its a bug and not just me

Also, if anyone on Order can check too. I don't have any Ironsilk on Chaos, but tested the Ironsilk Cargo Tunic on Blight and it did increase my capacity +260. I'm wondering if there is a glitch during startup of Chaos.
