Chaos restart incomming?

Monsters aren't spawning,certain machines don't work and few npcs went on early vacation..

ditto. I tried 3 times. even cleared my world cache still loading screen is stuck on "Decoding Manifest" gave up, and logged into Order for now

no. I updated to blight. disabled to patch on live. and the same.
and I could log my toon in order (even when I was unable to do anything as I couldn't see myself.
It's not the live client

I see it happened to me on both chaos and blight.

Blight runs fine with patching etc ...
its Chaos only, and most likely an internal Network Problem ... -- no access to Char Database

Thank you for reporting this. We're going to give Chaos another restart in a few minutes as obviously it didn't start up quite right. It should be back online in 1-1.5 hours.
