Spell: Blight Damage

The technique Spell: Blight Damage currently has virtually no use. It can be applied to only a single spell: Withered State.
could we get this added to the other blight spells similar to how mind damage can be applied to non damaging mind spells. It seems that blight spells should have some kind of damage to them considering there are currently 0 directly damaging blight spells, only DoT's.

On that note, now that we have a mind bolt, how about a blight bolt?

Especially if...the graphic for it...was like the shaman debuff skulls?
Like the bolt is a lil skull that goes twoards the enemy, ahahaha. Idk i just think it'd be cool since the bolts are almost like for like in terms of graphics (except nature/lightning bolt)
