Tool Claw techs

Would it be possible to have tool claws be able to receive the boon series of techs? Right now those only work on the weapon claws. I also noticed that on the weapon claws the dragon crafter, dragon crystalshaper, and dragon lairshaper boons work but the miner boon does not.

Actually they shouldn't work on any claw, they are meant for armor / scales, you have crystals that belong on tool claws and they give a much better bonus
