End date of winter festival?

Anyone seen a concrete end date for the winter festival?

I'm currently out of town and it occurred to me that many others may be away from thier daily Horizons fix as well and may also be interested in the answer.

Can't say anything about the NPC's, but I would think that the Winter Festival structures will be around from now on, like the fall festival items.

If you would like any of us to do some shopping for ya let us know!
We'd be happy to pick up some spun candy and a fireworks form for ya. And I'm sure we can arrange for some snowballs hehe... Other than that there wasn't much. Occasional tech/form/comp drops, but nothing to spend a bunch of silver on unless you are really desperate for entertainment or like the slotbots.

Yup, Mahagra has a festival lorekeeper who sells the food recipes for lore tokens.

You're looking for the Festival lore keeper (not the food vendor) over near the vault building.
