Guild plot distribution

For the folks that already have started to attribute the plot to guildies, how does it work?

As soon as the guild house is built anyone can buy?
Does the plot master set price/name for people to buy?

How did you guys do it.

My understanding is that the price of the plot is set to one silver. I do not know if the gm has control over changing that price or not. I believe the gm or the owner of the main guild plot releases the plot to be bought by the person that is wanting it. Whether it is done the same way with typing their names in, I am not sure. Hope it helps some.

As soon as your guildhouse is complete only guild members of your guild can buy them. We have delegated how our plots our bought by: Token bidders who have worked hard on guild construction (even if being a mule for countless nites on end), token bidders who have not been able to be on much, non token bidders who have helped on construction, and then those who have not.

In essence you are not able to dictate who can buy or not buy what plot, but we have not had a problem in deciding who wanted what. :)
