Snarl ability problem...

When hunting, if I use Grazing Winds on a critter followed by Snarl, Snarl cycles the animation but nothing ever happens.

It works all the time if I don't use Grazing Winds first. To get by it I just make sure I use Snarl first then Grazing Winds, so it's not a real problem, but still figured I would list it.

Wow, I'll have to check this. If so it would be a pain for me since my winds are teched with range V, I like to cast them at a much greater distance and then snarl as the mobs close.

Having tested, I confirm that this bug is present. Very irritating.
