Yes. If you look at this thread, the second post clearly refers to fireworks forms.

On Order shard, right outside the vault building, there is a festival lore keeper. This is in addition to the food vendor, the firework vendor, the raffle huckster and the ticket vendor. On Unity we are distinctly missing the festival lore keeper.

No surprise though, afterall Game Network deprived us of the formulas for the harvest festival, despite having plenty of notice via support tickets the formulas (candy apples and pumpkin pie) were never added to Jacques. Somehow I get a feeling we won't see the festival lore keeper for this winter festival. Come on Game Network, prove me wrong.

This afternoon, festival lore keepers were added to Mahagra, Dalimond, Kion and one more city.

They sell beginner and JM fireworks + 2 food forms - they only accept tokens (27 JM tokens for all four forms).

Good, fast reaction this time around. I take this as one more sign that 2005 will be a good year for Hz, both for NA and for Unity :)
