can only dragons get the quest for Helian's Tomb? I tried to get it on my biped but....it seems to not be available despite me having completed the plundered tombs quests.

Tried to take a few screenshots of a Fyakki raid we had on order. All of them turned out to be a bundle of flailing dragon-limbs and squashed bipeds! Try to spot the Fyakki, too!
