"Transport Error"

Ok so I am new to horizons. I just got my account yesterday. And now when I try to open it up I get this "Transport Error" that says:

Error ID:11
The login process was unsuccessful because the client was unable to connect to any authentication server. This occurs when the authentication server is offline or there is a network error. Please wait a few minutes and try loggin in again.


Someone help me! I have waited and waited and tryed like 4 times. HELP?

First issue that I would look into is:

1) Do you have .NET Framework 1.1 update? (this is a must)
2) Are you behind a firewall?
3) What is your connection type and do you have a router?
