Authentication Server Error

I am unable to log in due to apparent eror on Authentication server or lack of communiction between this server and the game server.
Is anyone else getting the same error message?[:(]

Problem appears to be either on Authentication server or connection to Accounts server.
Have raised ticket as I cannot log in on either of my PC's.[:(]

Question is - "How do we wake up GN to the problem when Tickets go unanswered for long period of time before any response is forthcoming". I do not have access toIRC which seems to be the only way in which Luca communicates these days.[:S]

Hmmm, just tried to login into the game - no chance...
Lgin into forum and seeing my error message as newest thread[:S]

If GN do know about the problem and are working on it, it would be helpful for them to put a note saying so on the login page.
The lack of any communication simply suggests that theydo not know about the problem and therefore no work is being undertaken to investigate and rectify the error.
On occasion the communication from GN appears to be getting better - see earlier threads -but, at times like this, it simply disappears.[:S][N]
