    Post Trandalar: Ker'tis Amber mine

    There is a Amber mine NW of the Guild town Ker'tis on Trandalar North of the Rift. Some corridors are done and theres some Amber nodes available right now. There is still a 3way, Bend and a Unique Lunus Chamber not available anywhere else. All of the unbuilt structures require Tier 1 stuff. The chamber requires quite a bit to finish. The mine is located at 24750/39203. Not sure if anything will be in the Unique chamber or not. Doesnt appear to have a crystalshaping machine in the mine.

    That chamber has a portal. It was found by someone on here on Chaos. At least that is what one of my fellow Order players tell me.

    I found it when I was scouting for lunatic blighted treants back in January.

    Didn't know it had a unique chamber in it tho.

    I was told some one on Chaos was mining for Portal Data and found a strange location. The person who told me about it, At least if I remeaber right he said he was the one, went out to the cord to see where it was and it turned out to be the new Mine up there by the New guild Lair. I have not had a chance to go up and see if anyone has worked the mine on Order. I hear someone has brought the Guild Lair. Myself and most I have talked to have no desire to work it. It might really be worth working if it does have a portal in it. But it is just so far out in BFE.

    Since the imperial fort and cavern are now done and we've had a few days to rest up... back to the rest of the community construction! Greyling in particular nears completion, with everything now done except the Artifact of Magic and lighthouse, which are both coming along nicely. (See Kelsaka's post on page 2 for amounts.)

    The mine now has alot done in it. The chamber with the portal out to all racial cities (Kion, Chiconis, Dralk, Etc.) is completed. There is quite alot of Amber in the mine but no crystal Shaper. There is still a few corridors to be completed.

    Phido went to check on the Dralk tunnels and is happy to report the storage chambers are now properly attached to the smelting chamber and he wasn't blocked by any endcaps. He did notice a 2nd entrance next to the east entrance. It is currently blocked by a boulder as is a side tunnel near gem chamber. There is t6 work to do on library and work of all tiers on the grand hall. Also some corridors left but he will be working on those. Would be good if folks pitched in on library and hall so we can see what's behind boulder #1 and boulder #2.

    BTW, I just wanted to point out that apparently that one city wall section in Morning Light has been deliberately left unfinished to provide a shortcut in/out of the city . Or that's what I was told anyways when I was scouting unfinished areas several weeks ago.

    Yes, that is the case; running thru that open wall section is a faster way to head SE from Morning Light, such as when heading to travertine. If it were finished, people would have to use the NE exit out of Morning Light, and follow the road in its U-turn to end up going south.
    Also, people prefer to have the hole in the Aug wall left open, it makes it easier to pass thru there.
    I'm just listing these unfinished objects to have a more complete list - but don't worry, there hasn't been any work done on the 3 wall sections near Aug (the other two of that stretch of five are further NE), or on the ML wall section, since I started this list ~4 months ago.

    Of note. If you have the end cap bug in lairs. try clearing the world cache. I have not had that problem in months. Other who have recently had the problem cleared the cache and it seems to fix it.

    I think it has to do with the fact the world cache has the old stone/crystal build point still in the cache and when you go down after it is completed. It checks and see's that saved in cache but the server says there is nothing to build there so defaults to the end cap.
