I think with all the current issues and the EU merger comming,
I think all the loyal players that went through everything, that went through hell and back deserve [Y]a free MONTH subscription at this point.

After this free month all issues should have been fixed especially
[B]the (loot) lag and plot auction situation.

A shoulder critter would be nice. Maybe even a choice of shoulder critters.I'm not too enthusiastic about shoulder maggots, but the party cow was absolutely brilliant.

Or maybe a shiny bit of cargo or armor with a value based on level, so that it continued to be useful as one leveled. Quester's Hauberk sort of thing, but not one that would be outgrown. Or a nice crystal, like the better Darkstaff crystal, with a unique combination of capabiltities, that would be useful at all levels. And imbue the wearer with a strange ethereal glow.

You are right.. I would gladly trade a free month for a personal MULE!

Getting items form one character to the next atm is impossible without someone else or a 2nd account!

In AC1 we at least had chests that you could put stuff in and login another character to take the stuff out (btw these chests were unsecured.. so it was also somewhat dangerous)

About the transfer: I usually go to a guild consigner (yes, I know that now we cannot) and place stuff at 1c. Then log in with the other character and get it.
It's reliable enough.

This was stated in irc chat. They were grabbing some ideas of prizes, and shoulderpets again was pretty much out. I'm not sure if he liked my buildable gnome slingshot on properties, or he thought I rode the shortbus and just played along.

if they can't even afford to lose one month of subs there is a serious fluidity issue with the game.

It wouldn't have to be a month heck even 7 days would be good.

As far as their billing issues well apparently Ipay is billing people so I am not sure where this " they have suspended billing" thing I have seen pop up a few times came from. Cause Ipay is indeed billing as expected.

New customers are not being billed supposedly, and some (but not all, and not a majority either) existing accounts did not get transferred o Ipay, so they aren't being billed.

Business as usual for most of us though
