Using Animated Avatars?

Hi folks, am trying to get an animated avatar to work but so far without success[:^)] Am I saving these in wrong format? One I have atm should be animated but as you can see it aint[:P] Gotta go to work soon but will check out any info later I can find! Just thought I'd post this question here, should there be someone here who might either give me simple terms in getting this to work or suggest a good site I can check out to learn more [Y] Thanks in advance[H]

hmmm. Well I've seen at least 1 animated avatar on these forums before (a pair of bouncing.... well you probably saw it too;).

Seikojin's and Blue Hasia's avatars are animated. There's also one of a swimming sea serpent for a dragon on here.
