How Do I Use The Horizons Open House?

First of all,iam not sure weather to put this topic in the technical support topic so move it if you wish. Several days ago I got an email from Horizons about a mithril giveaway andan open house. I reinstalled Horizons and downloaded patch, but i am not sure how to log in and play. When i log in as my acount a message pops up and says that my trial has expired and suggests i click on billing options. If i try to play the client opens up, but then an error pops up telling me to check payment options. How do i take advantage of this free playing time?

Hmm yours might have been glitched somehow. Players that I have talked to ingame said they just logged in like normal.

Try logging into the support site: http://support.istaria.com and see if you can login to it. If you can, open a support ticket then give them a couple hours to resolve it for you.
