A question about consigners

I placed some Dragon Horde loot on a Consigner in Sslanis.
Are they only viewable in Sslanis or they are viewable by any Consinger anywhere?

They will be visible only on the Sslanic consigner, although it will be listed on the community consigner list, which compiles a list of every item on all independent (not player constructed) consigners.
