Ok, I bet people are gonna see this and think OMG someone's ancient! But I am not ancient, instead I just modded my files so that instead of showing as Khutit, it shows ancient. But many people wanted to see what Ancient looks like, so I took pics of EVERY adult dragon sohwing as ancient, then as me showing as ancient. Here are the links (Sorry! Also, Ancients look a bit different. Look at screenshots of Amon as ancient . . . Search is your friend.

Amon was different. There are actually ancient dragons in the game.... NPC ancients that is. I'd be more inclined to believe that ancient PC's will be the sameor very similar size. Even at that size I suspect that Khutit form will become one of the more used dragon hotkeys.

acually i know how he did this, they are not setscale pics if you notice the longer ancient neck, if you did a setscale on an adult to that size you would look misshapen because of it
Here shows me as Ancient and the NPC as an adult setscaled to ancient height

All you have to do is switch one file around to read from the ancient files instead of khutit. So don't call me a liar [:O]. And unless they still have art to finish, that IS how you'll look, don't forget they can add what ever they want to NPC's... I'll be back in a while to show you I CAN make races into another one, I'll turn Hermit into Khutit. ;) or maybe human........

It's no biggie. Fridlekh (or some other beta player) did this ages ago. You just swap around names (or references) for the model files, and poof! everything is ancient.

If diddling with the def files to fool the game into making you Ancient is the goal, then I've been Ancient for almost a year and a half. [:P]

ok, so what dragon was running around wanting to see what ancient's look like..who wasn't aware that there are at least 2 ancient dragons currently in game... (and have been for what now..a year?!)

And remembering all that ranting going on about dragons who don't deserve to be ancient's because they have no idea how to play the game...

If you don't know what size an Ancient is then you've never been to the Floating Isle. And that's sad...

And for those who remember the offline mode.....you can fly around as ancient too, right now, yourself :).

And yea, I'm so going to be Khutit even in dragon caves - there are "lairs" on the floating "lairs" now, I can't get out of in adult form. I'm too big already.... and I'm not even a full sized adult.

Amazing that - dragons built areas they trap themselves in? *snorts*

(and no Amon was not an actual Ancient Size, he was much much much bigger)

I really hope once they get lairs working right for everyone they go back and redo all the lairs that are in now with the new system. AS Frith says it is a pain to get to some Trainers and to see them stuck back there with their head stuck in the roof is just sad.

Okay, their necks are to long or something...they look disproportioned to me....maybe its just because you're bones are getting old and brittle now that you're an old foggie dragon...*shrugs her wings* Suppose i was hoping for them to look a big more grizzled and battle roughed!!!
