/setpref help

In my many attempts to reduce my lag and increase fps (due to notebook computer)someone told me a /setpref that turned off the sky but I can't find where I wrote it down and find the black sky somewhat unpleasant for flight.

Could someone tell me what this /setpref option might have been? Also, any list of the /setpref options available would be great.

/setpref environmentsystem true

I believe that will turn your Sky back on.
