Can't delete Characters

Ok, i finally got into the game, but since i want to start from scratch, i tried to delete my characters. But when i hit the "Delete" button, i get amessage, that my actual login-name does not match user-name plus password. Now what is this?? I used the same login (mail-adress) and password to delete the character that i used to log into the game!

Well, uhm... why do i have to write my e-mail adress with a capital letter to delete a character, lol
The game starts to annoy me ;)
