Perhaps you could let theEU players know exactly how we are supposed to get in touch with GN?
The following options are supposed to be available to us:
Emails to the support desk - tried that a few days ago, still no response, so assume these are ignored.
Support tickets - most long time players have support tickets that have been open with no update for months, so assume that these are also being ignored.
This forum - You've stated this isn't an official EU forum, and therefore tend to only respond to selective posts.
hz.stratics.com - Even though you suggested we should discuss here whilst Tazoon was down, you've not responded or updated the post at all since the merger was suggested
#tazoon on IRC - never seen you, or indeed any GN staff in here
