I don't know about dragons, but you would likely want a Saris quarterback. Then again ... would a Saris every willingly pass the ball to anyone else?

I know Amadan is already thinking Fantasy Footbal...he thinks the Cardinals are actually going to win games this year. If that's not a fantasy, I don't know what is!

Deal me in if you get playing!

    # 32 Roscoe the Dorf, running back for the Istarian Misfits, enters the game in a 3rd and long situation. Long known in the league for his drinking problems, Roscoe is attempting a comeback. Roscoe trots on to the field and joins the huddle...

"32 counter trap right on 2" says Felix Cattus, the Misfits' quarterback.

"Roscoe, there's a keg of ale in the endzone" whispers Felix as the huddle breaks.

Roscoe assumes the 3 point stance and the rest of team take up their positions.

Surveying the opposing defensive positioning, Felix begins barking(?) out the signals. "Blue 92, Blue 92" "Hut" Roscoe uses Dwarven Toughness. "Hut!" With a resounding crunch the opposing lines meet. Felix hands off the ball to Roscoe who hits the hole just as he uses Sprint. 35, 40, 45, midfield, 40 35, only one defender to beat now, 20, 15, 10 TOUCHDOWN MISFITS!! Roscoe spys the keg of ale, and its a large one. It's almost twice Roscoe's height yet, undaunted, Roscoe spikes himself through the top of the keg. Roscoe's team-mates arrive in the end-zone to celebrate the score and find Roscoe head down inthe keg of ale. Fighting off 3 attempts at rescue, Roscoe sadly drowns in the ale.

In the locker room, Roscoe's team-mates are grief stricken by the tragedy. Well, at least until one of the other dorfs on the team reminds them that drowning in a keg of ale is the ultimate goal of any dorf, next to swimming with hairy little women.
