Back when I've played in the past, I seem to recall that there were Enriched Dim and Pale wisps here or there. Now there don't seem to be any.

I found 2 regular Dim wisps near Nuthala, but I have yet to find anything but weakened pale wisps. Are there any enriched low level wisps anymore?
