Promote vitality after patch

I justed logged in, and tried casting promote vitality 5 on me.
It said that I don't meet the requirments.
Suprised, I checked my spell book to find that the requirments changed:
5: needs current adv lvl of 100
4: 80
3: 60
2: 20
1: 1

Well they can be cast on other players which is the reason that they can't make it until death.

yeah. It shouldnt be until death. But how about making it a 1/2 hour duration so its similar to biped enhances. Then dragons would be more welcome in biped groups.
