been awhile since i played and for some reason this time i cant seem to find any of my characters.......am i going to have to start all over again?

What server were you on? If you were on one of the pre-merge servers, they were all consolidated a while back. If it was a European server, you may be out of luck as they were consolidated into Unity, which is in transition right now and not available to play on.

I just ran into him in market on order, he is just fine with his characters.
