Whatever you set it to be in the user cp under "Edit Options."

*g* i realized that my time setting has been wrong so i always thought everyone uses the time setting the mods/devs made ^^

ok then i think 11:30 pacific time is 21:30 in germany

Order had 2 days ago some database hickups, items got lost and where found wierdlessy in the valut, some abilites not working and stuff.
