Genesis of names?

Venominhandar - a green dragon found in the Forgotten Realms of AD&D fame.

Viperusend - A serpentine end, from the vines the dark green uses to trap prey.

Benthopel - a corruption of benthopelagic: of or relating to the middle to deep waters of a body of water.

Ebondeath - a bit obvious, though the dragon is gray, not black.

Tuskidero - a corruption of the name of a character from Happy Days, Pinky Tuscadero.

Amythist - a corruption of amethyst, a purple gem.

Wilmruth - a contraction of the names of my mother's parents, William and Ruth. A tribute, actually.

Cobralilly - a carnivorous plant.

Panthra - a corruption of panther, and a nod of the head to the pink panther animated character.

Cannetella - a character from an Italian fairy tale.

Tealc - a nod of the head to the caracter, Teal'c, in Stargate SG-1, and a hint to the color teal.

How's that? Google is a powerful tool, with the right keywords.

From what I have seen. 150 unique views and 800 regular views have been plenty to allow an egg to hatch. 300 unique and 1800 for a hatchling to grow. These are just the numbers that I shoot for on each before I cycle them to the next egg that needs views.

You don't need clicks. You can have an adult with 0 clicks.

This forum is plenty good enough to get to adults. I only post them in this forum. All of mine have grown just fine.

As far as I have seen the only people having any trouble at all are usually getting abandoned eggs that have less than the full 7 days or they have very few posts so exposure is very limited.

On the flip side some have had far too many views. Possibly from too much personally checking their dragons.

At least that is my observations so far.

Darn! There was this really cool green and white egg but the site says I have my hands full with my current hatchlings. Has anyone else seen or is raising a green and white egg? I'd be curious as to what comes out.

Or a dino egg, perhaps? My dino hatched from a yellow and white egg. Then again, all it said was "brightly colored with white spots" (or something to that effect). I could not see that it was yellow until after it was on my scroll...

Well I've gotta another Green one.. I might abandon it for others to adopt him. I need at least one space filled.. Though I've gota foggy type one.. I hate abandoning eggs, but it helps for when you find a rare one.

For those of you having difficulty getting the names you want, you can add a space or two after (or before) the name. The spaces will count so it will be as if the dragon has a different name.
