Also the spawn on the skeletons in Tolrath valley is a bit slow.

Are you one- or two-shot killing them?

lol takes alot longer then that for me... they get me to 1/4 health before i get them killed and that's 1 at a time

Just making sure cause if you were one-shotting them then I was gonna say "the spawn is just fine!". Heheh.
