RE Unity Transfer times .
HI .
I'm posting for my brother who is waiting to hear on how his Unity transfer of characters is doing, but as yet has had no reply .
His ticket has been in a week now ( Ticket no:- 10000 posted on May 13th) .
He is wondering how long it usually takes , due to the fact his subscription is ticking away , and isn't able to play on that account das he doesn't know how many character slots will be needed for the transfer ( if the account can be found ) .
